Smoking

I am now 5 months tobacco free. Sometimes it is hard. I have moments when I really want one. I have to remember how bad I was coughing and how much deeper and easier I can breathe now. I used to take a deep yoga breath and cough for 5 minutes. Another added benefit is my car no longer smells of cigarettes. I have more money. I feel much more healthy.
