I broke my Spark Streaks for a very good reason!

On Friday, April 5, my first grandchild was born. Christian Adam came into the world at 11:19 p.m. weighing 9 lbs. 4.5 oz. and was 20 inches long. I had the honor of being there for the delivery. So, that was the day I broke my streak of successive sign ins among others.
Saturday evening, we had to transfer Christian to another hospital. He was having respiratory problems and needed NICU care which the hospital here didn't have. Didn't make it back home from there until 3:30 Sunday morning. No sign in here for me that day, either.
Christian started getting better each day and today they took him off the supplemental oxygen and decreased his IV fluid intake by half. They decided while I was there tonight, to take him off the IV fluid completely. He's still on the antibiotics, which have to be administered by IV, otherwise we might already have him home.
Hopefully, we will have him home over the weekend and I can get back on track here. I haven't been eating the best, but I haven't been eating a bunch of junk either.
I won't get all the usual monthly trophies this month, but I got a much better reward instead.
So, I did break all my Spark Streaks, but it was for a very good reason. I don't regret it at all.
