Just a snapshot on my story to explain why I believe in what I am doing. In 2012 I had gall bladder surgery, due to a complication I nearly died, spent a month in the hospital followed by 2 years and more surgeries to fix the problem. My once active dancer body was dormant for two years. Pain, medication, weight gain were just some of the complications.
Oct 2014 while I was at dinner for my birthday with a bunch of friends my throat decided to close for the first time. I spent the night throwing up and not being able to get even water down. It took a few hours for it to relax. It was scary, and I felt embarrassed hiding in the restroom while all my friends ate dinner without me. I thought it was a one time issue - I was wrong.
Over the next 3 years my throat would close more often. A few times a week to even daily occurrences. Just enough so I could breathe but I could not take in food or water until my throat relaxed again. I became afraid to eat. One time it lasted 3 says which ended up as a trip to the ER for fluids due to dehydration where I was met with quizzical looks from the doctors. I was told I could get surgery to widen my esophagus but it would only last a year or two and I was done with surgeries. Not an option I was willing to look at especially since it was just a temporary fix
Add to that menopause, being over 40, seriously over weight and miserable. Stomach issues, no energy and the list goes on.
Step in my friend Desiree who shared her story with me. It is amazing too and gave me hope. I signed up for my first "30 Day to Healthy Living" challenge in Dec 2017. - I have lost so much weight the first 3 months I followed the program, I have energy, my stomach doesn't hurt, and so much more. BUT the most amazing thing has happened. My Throat has not closed once since Nov 2017. (3 years of struggle finally over). Ever since I did that 30 day challenge, whatever it did to rebalancing my system and help my body heal itself...my throat has not even threatened to close.
I have learned so much about my body from this lifestyle...everything I learned has taught me how to eat right and take care of this body. I only have one...and almost losing it has made me appreciate health in so many ways!
My next group starts May 6 but the private group opens Monday Aoril 29th. If you are struggling with anything and think you will just have to live with it. That's not true.”
If you are ready to make daily choices to change your life, I would love to walk with you thru this 30 day program. Please contact me.
