Time is such a precious thing, and I'm trying not to take it for granted.
I find myself constantly saying I "don't have time" for things. Working out, meal prep, planning my day/week, etc. But the truth is that I DO have the time, I just don't put things as a priority and I don't manage my personal time as well as I do my professional time.
I decided today to use the "extra time" that I have to plan my meals for the day, and for tomorrow. I had a great discussion with my husband about healthier dinner options, and we're going to sit down and plan dinner for at least a week, potentially for the month! This way we know what we want to buy at the store, instead of just buying "the usuals" and making the same meals over and over.
Productivity is great!
