Well it hasn't been easy but so worth it. Slow and steady does win the race. I will be doing my second Zumba class today. I figured out I can move without breaking. OMG I can touch my toes, and better yet I can see my toes. I am overjoyed at the process. I have also come to the conclusion that diet is a four letter word that I am no longer am afraid of. A diet is just what you consume. Not anything special that I have to stress about. If I feel I want to be a rebel that day I can have my cake and eat it too, but if I want to lose weight I have to be mindful about what I fuel my body with and if I eat cake it will take longer depending on the cake sometimes it is so worth it. LOL Other times I am annoyed when I have my cheat meal that it doesn't live up to what I imagined it would taste like and I feel I have wasted those precious calories for nothing!!!
