Hello Everyone,
I'm exercising most every day. Mainly walking, But I've been doing some physical therapy exercises as well. I take Sundays off as that is a day of rest according to the scriptures. I'm walking most days over 5,000 steps. I have upped my goal on my misfit I was hitting 5,000 steps so often.

I'm really proud of myself for getting to the point I had to up it. If you look back at my other blogs I was having problems walking more than 5,000 steps in a day. So I'm slowly improving.

Little over half the time I'm now in my Calorie Range. Which also is my doing better. I have a medication that I have to take with 350 calories. I was taking that as a snack just before bed because the Latuda knocks me out. But I've started taking it at dinner and deal with the being tired as it comes and I'm now in my calorie range more often than not.

Me and my best friend are working on a Monthly Menu that maps out everything I will put in my body. We just did a HUGE inventory of every thing edible in my house which is no small feet. So now we know what is in the house and what isn't and all the calories in a serving of everything we inventoried. My best friend is good with numbers and is going to make up for the fact I suck at numbers. I finally feel like I'm getting the help and support I need to loose the weight that I'm packing around.

So over all I'm doing Much Better.
