This week has gone surprisingly well

Coming up on the end of the second week of the 5% Fall Challenge, and I have yet to feel deprived or unmotivated. I've met my fitness commitment and my LTGL challenge daily, and it hasn't been toooo much of a stretch. Tomorrow I'll make a new list of NSVs for the week in advance of weigh-in, but today, I'm feeling satisfied with my progress.

    Sounds like a great week! I'm working the motivation for exercise part. I'm either motivated to eat right or exercise, but I can't seem to get the two in the same week! Which if it were to happen, would be super helpful!
