Wrapping up week 2 of the 5% Fall Challenge, and, in advance of tomorrow's weigh-on, I want to take note of what has gone well this week - in case the scale doesn't reflect it.
Exceeded my weekly walking commitment by 62 min (an extra hour!)
Drank 8 glasses of water every day but one (and that one was planned, because I had a concert and I didn't want to be up every 10 minutes to use the restroom)
Journaled all my food
Logged all my walking
Stayed within my SP calorie range and avoided eating/drinking too many empty calories
Posted my minutes and LTGL totals to my team board daily
Threw away 1/2 serving of ice cream because i was done with it
Threw away 1/2 serving of cookies because I realized I didn't need that many
Limited myself to one craft beer per brewery visit with DH
Kept healthy snacks in the house
Was active on SP daily, reading articles and posting to the community boards
Said no to DH's suggested stop at See's
Limited snacking on free sweets at work (and when I did, I planned it and counted it)
So, much progress made in the healthy habits arena, and if they don't pay off on the scale this week, if I keep them up I'm sure they will eventually.
