This week is flying by and I haven't paid as much attention to the challenge as I mean to.
I've still measured and journalled everything, and I got my fitness minutes in every day but one, but I just don't feel as focused as I did the first two weeks. I'm making do with whatever healthy food I can find, rather than planning ahead. I mean, it's all going ok, but I feel as though it's by the skin of my teeth, somehow.
I don't want this to be the beginning of a downward spiral, that ends with me giving up on the challenge.
It's been a busy week so I'm sure that's part of it. DH and I went to classic movies at the local theater the past two nights ($5/ticket!) and it was great fun, and I looked up the popcorn ahead of time and built it into my calories for the day. It just left me with less time to spend on the team board, less time to plan, less time to pay attention to what I'm doing.
But hey, I still have Thursday and Friday, so it's not too late to get into the groove.
Pup and I took a 2.5 mile walk this evening, so that was an accomplishment as well.
Just gotta keep on keepin' on!
