Oh my goodness, I am ready for this week to be over. I don't know why I'm so tired, and I just never quite got my act together to plan meals. I've stayed within my calorie range, logged it on on SP, and made overall healthy choices, BUT - I've had the same darn thing for lunch every day this week, and just cobbled together dinner. That's not the way to STAY successful, because I know I'll get bored, or start to feel deprived.
So, gotta get through Friday, and then I can take this weekend to get organized for the coming week! Menu planning, here I come
