Beat the munchies

This afternoon, I found myself rummaging through the kitchen cupboards, and the fridge, looking for a snack. Nothing really appealed to me, so I kept looking. I had a blg glass of water to make sure I wasn't just thursty, and then I took a moment to think about what I was craving.
At that point I realized I wasn't actually hungry. I was a little bored, and a little feeling like a wanted a treat because it's the weekend. Kind of feeling sorry for myself, actually (though not for any good reason).
Those weren't good reasons to eat, so I thought a few more minutes about what I could do instead that would satisfy my desire for a treat. I decided to try doing something fun, so I went on YouTube to find a dance video.
I didn't even set out to make it an exercise video, but it turned out that's what it was, but it was also fun. It was challenging, but I made it through all 41 minutes, and by the time I was done my desire for a snack was gone.
What a success!
