So while I think some of my weight gain is due to muscle inflammation, I think some of it is due to my diet and I'm going to take ownership of that. I've started working on my diet, I got groceries yesterday and I'm going to start working on healthier foods and on cutting down my calories and see if that helps my stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 278.2
Current Weight: 276.6
Weight Lost This Week: -1.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -20.2 lbs
back to a 20 lb loss. As I begin to take ownership of my diet and as my muscles develop more, I should return to a 25 lb loss.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 35.7%
Current Body Water %: 35.9%
Body Water Gained: +0.4%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.5%
a good raise in body water. I've been taking my water pills again so this probably helped a lot.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 49.9%
Current Body Fat %: 49.7%
Body Fat Lost: -0.2%
Total Body Fat Lost: +1.4%
body fat is down a bit. a better diet helped here.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 131.4 lbs
Current Muscle Mass: 131.4 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained: +/- 0 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -13.2 lbs
no change in muscle mass.

So things look good right now all across the board. Seeing an improvement with an improvement in diet. Hope to see more improvements soon.
