Quick and Nutritious Lunch

I had so many home chores to do today that I felt a little overwhelmed. Then, I found I had nothing in the house to make a sandwich. Thankfully I had peanut butter, an apple, and protein shake powder. I sliced the apple dipping it in a couple T of peanut butter and shook up the chocolate protein shake. Voila, lunch I could easily munch in between chores with good nutrition: 30 g protein, 20 g fat, 48 carbs, 7 g fiber. Plus, the combo was so delicious, I felt rewarded for getting my chores done!
