Beck Diet Solution Day 38: Dealing with a Plateau

Day 38: Dealing with a Plateau is about managing times when the weight loss just doesn't seem to happen.
A plateau can make us feel helpless, but we are not.
We can always take action and change the way we eat and exercise, or accept the actual weigh as a realistic goal weigh to maintain.
When I reach a plateau the next time around, I'll hold on to my Beck skills and my Bright Line Eating meal plan and I accept what I need to do. Period.
The last time I reached a plateau, I did the opposite: I was sorry for myself and let go of several healthy habits. So, out of the plateau I went, right into weight gain!
My weight graph for the past 12 months:
1st January: stopped planning and monitoring my meals in writing, started to eat quickly and standing up, started to give in to desire to eat and cravings... the upward trend is striking!
1st March: started this round of Beck Diet Solution and reinforced my Beck skills and habits, the weight gain stopped and turned into a downward trend... and it is a lot easier!
Note: I raised my maintenance center weight from 58 to 59 kg recently, because I repeatedly went out of the +-3% range.
