A little more effort

Since Tuesday of this week, I've been stepping up my steps (ha, sorry, pun intended!) and getting a bit more walking in, plus a little yoga/stretching thrown in. My back continues to be a kinda stiff, but so far so good. If it feels like it may get tweaky, I sit with the ice pack for a while, and then get up and keep moving. Seems to be working, thank the Lord! Also, I've been trying to eat earlier in the day and ditch the late night attitude of "I'll just have a little of this or that when I'm not even really hungry" lol.
And, here's the payoff: I think because of this extra effort, hey nonnie nonnie, I have lost a pound this morning!
