Last month I bought a new stability ball and began doing some exercises with it. One is the back extensions and crunches. I was afraid I would hurt myself and was really sore for a couple of days but did continue for about 2 weeks. 3 to 4 times a week. It is a strength exercise so I know you must allow for healing time.
1. I lost .5 inches from my waist. not big deal really but my weight is the same.
2. I was able to run/jog for 15 minutes yesterday without my left hip and lower back just begging me to quit.
3. I walked up the sidewalk to church. (Yes we had a small meeting and the law did not stop us) and noticed how much easier it was to walk in those heels and walk up the steps.
So I am going to continue this exercise and get a bit more bounce in my step hopefully.
