BLC 43 SMART Goals

Here are my SMART goals for this round of the BLC:
Working on getting the weight down..SLOWLY working but working at it. Continue to keep A1C Levels down. Exercising at least 5 days a week. Keeping getting the amount of sleep needed, have been too many years without sleeping.
Work on getting more information into SPARK and reconnecting with SPARK friends
