No blog last few days, no organized workouts done but was still active.

Workout 5/4/20
WarmUp-->5 min Tabata :20 on/:10 off
~single arm db strict press
~mountain climbers

Strength--> 15 min running clock
Snatch and Overhead Squat Work
~35# bar 5 each
~45# for 5 each
~55# for 5 each
~65# for 5 OHS and 3-4 good reps of Snatch, failed several attempts

MetCon --> For Time
50-40-30-20-10
~Burpees
~Air Squats
~Push ups
~Sit ups
Results: 43:37
This was all about endurance, just took it at a consistent pace, almost stopped several times but stuck with it and got it done, awesome arm pump after all those push ups emoticon
