That's one of my coach's favorite sayings and I believe it is true. You can apply this to anything, not just exercise. Because basically it means just show up, whether you are still home due to quarantine or working or retired or whatever! Wake up, move some, eat great food, smile and be happy. Because when you show up, your making a positive impact whether on yourself or others.
I fully believe that you can make a great week by starting Monday (or whenever your week begins) by being positive and with a plan. Do your best to stick to that plan! This is your life and your in charge!
Today I'm choosing happiness and positivity, I'm choosing to log all my food and to stick to that plan. I'm choosing to move my body and marvel at all the things it can do.
