I made it...

Feeling happy that I managed to lose the first 2 kilograms in May. It was not a lofty goal by any stretch of the imagination, but it had been so long since I'd lost any weight, I figured it was better to start small and hopefully meet the goal rather than setting a lofty one, not meeting it, and throwing in the towel.

It wasn't so difficult but I suppose if I had been even more focused, I could have done even more, but I am not going to beat myself up over that. I did what I could and pretty much followed my plan of action.

New month, new goal. I'm going to aim long shot for a 3kg goal this month, but will be happy if I do another 2kg. I need to be better about setups and stretching however. I saw someone had posted, and I'll have to find it, a summer 2020 5% or 10% challenge. Good goal I think, and one I hope I can achieve with some discipline.

My walking and cycling have continued and it's great to be able to find my calm there and think about things and process things and given these unsettling times, it's important.
