Just a note - I'm still kicking. Just back into tracking.
At the start of social distancing in March, I was actually down 5lbs, but then I don't know exactly what happened and I blew past that 5 and added 10 more.
Ok, I know what happened - baking calms my nerves, ok? Walking around just my yard but spending most of my time in front of my computer is not so healthy. And homeschooling 2 five years olds, while also working full time from home, and trying to keep this clean and somewhat normal, but working all hours to make up for all of the interuptions is just lousy.
Sooooo.... trying to do this, but also not lose more work time, keeping me up even later at night, and promoting the whole unhealthy cycle further.
