So, here's what's up. Work & homelife if overwhelming... but also, just one big blurred thing.
Anywho, I started back up on SP yesterday, and here's what I did well:
Tracked food & stayed in range
Increased my water intake (not sure if I reached my goal)
Here are my misses:
Didn't do any real exercise
Tried to stay up late working & instead just did crappy work in a fog that had to be redone this morning, and wrecked my sleep schedule (will I ever learn? Maybe, hopefully, someday....?)
Sometime in the whee hours of the morning, ate a straight handfull of chocolate chips, not even weighing them. So, I had to do an estimate this morning, and I feel like I started my tracking with a mark against me.
I need to set some achievable goals.
I'm starting with logging and staying in range today (despite Chip-gate)
Drinking 8 glasses of water
Establish a schedule of exercising to be met weekly. Time and 5 year old twins who demand CONSTANT attention are the challenge - but where there's a will, there's a way.
