Putting Things Off

is usually not a good thing, for one reason or another. Could be health, financial ~ just whatever.
What I'm putting off is doing anything *other* than logging in, spinning, and writing these short blogs. This is one time when NOT adding other steps into the mix is a good thing. With sorting, packing, and travel planning, it just seems reasonable to me to put off being more involved with the journey to a healthier me.
In fact, I'd argue that actively trying to keep my stress level somewhat under control, *IS* being involved ….. even if only in a passive sort of way.
