I joined BLC44 - Fall Fitness Fun

I have struggled with my weight these past few years and now I'm ready to commit to change. I spent time reading through my old blogs and it was pretty interesting reading about my health/fitness journey over the past few years. I've had so many ups and downs and have struggled with the middle aged weight gain. Ughh! So hard to lose the pooch!

Here are my SMART Goals for this round:

GOAL 1: Clean eating 85% of the time.
I will prepare the majority of my own foods and focus on eating wholesome, nutritious foods while staying within my calorie range.

GOAL 2: Control my weekend eating habits.
This is my toughest obstacle! No excuses allowed, stick to the plan, plan accordingly and be consistent. Do not overindulge on the weekends. Preparation is key.

Goal 3: Exercise 4 times per week
I will commit to a minimum of 30 minutes ST & Cardio 4 times per week. I will incorporate extra walking into my routine at least twice per week.

I am ready for a new chapter and time to lose the weight for good with a lifestyle change.
