Wow, another year has gone by so quickly. Even in the midst of the circumstances, I/We am still standing.

So what are my stats from last year - I met my goal weight (need to change the stats). I've had that goal for a LOT of years. Cant say that I know what I did differently this year. I guess I can contribute some of it to working from home since March. I didn't eat as much - sometimes just because I was too lazy to fix something! I didn't meet my daily step goals because I didn't have far to walk - office, kitchen, bathroom, repeat. I did a Body Groove workout whenever I got that FitBit buzz that says I haven't moved in a while. Whatever it took, the goal now is to stay below that goal.

What I missed last year and recommiting myself to strength training. It's not like I dont have everything I need here in the house - adjustable weights, exercise bands, dvd's, etc. I just preferred aerobics. So I'm going to adjust my mind and start slowly. Instead of doing a complete strength training session 2 or 3 times a week, I'll add a short strength training after each Body Groove workout - modified pushups, overhead presses, sit ups, etc. The idea behind this is that I will add more strength minutes after each aerobics so that i will eventually work up to a strength training session. That's my strategy and I plan to stick to it.

Hopefully I'll check back in next month and update how I`m doing.
