When I first started with SPARKPeople so many years ago, I thought I knew everything and that weight loss would be easy. Just count the calories and watch the weight melt away.
Turns out that was not true for me.
I was exercising my rear-end off and I thought I was eating right, but I was Yo-Yo-ing my life away in a losing struggle.
Things have changed. I'm getting smarter thanks to understanding my sugar addiction. I want to keep this short and simple. I want to share the 'Quit Sugar Summit' I'm currently attending. You can too by following my supplied links.
I'm into day three and still learning more. It is FREE and is made up of interviews with folks and their stories on how and why sugar affects our bodies and how we think. That's all I can say. Watch the videos and judge for yourself.
