Reflection for What I'm Doing Right...

One of our tasks for the weekend challenge is to reflect and blog about what I am doing right this BLC. I blogged about this previously but it's always good to revisit. The biggest takeaway is that I am much more consistent this BLC with:
1. My nutrition
2. My exercise (4 days per week)
3. Listening to how my body feels
It's a slow process but I am making progress, losing weight and building strength (physically & mentally.
