Okay I have GOT to start working out more and NO more snacks. Yesterday I did a 30 minute cardio video. My plan is to do a workout video 3 days a week for 30 minutes each. Then I’ll work my way up once that is going well. On the other days I still plan to do biking/walking/horse stuff so I will still be active even on the other days. Pic of the boy’s shower we finally got redone! I love how it turned out 😁 it’s a normal size tub, the pic makes it look little for some reason lol.
