My coaching activity for the day is to reflect on the excuses I use to not meet my goal.
A big one I thought of this morning (as I remained under the covers and cuddled with my dog) was getting a short workout in before I start my day.

Everyone says I should
But...it's so easy to skip. I like to relax in bed upon waking.
I've rarely exercised first thing in the morning. When I have, I admit I'm happy that I did it. I see a positive impact on getting my steps and active time in.
It's a jump start on what I normally have to do after work.
I commit to trying again. I will plan to do at least 5 minutes of physical activity tomorrow morning.
