I'm tired of losing one or two pounds and then gain it again. Every month is the same routine. So I'm still fat/obese.... emoticon .
My therapy is ending on the 22nd. The last day I was in, I had a new instructor and really like the workout plan. I was suppose to do it every second day but doing the exercise daily. Wish I could stay with him but my regular will be back next week.
I can't count all the new beginnings I had in the past several years. Why is being at a healthy weight not motivate me as much as it should? I want it. I'm starting to think that with age we don't need as many calories we ate in our 40's 50's 60's.......
A down day after weighing myself this morning.
