The ideal nutritional plan needed for weight loss and the years of weight maintenance that follows. Each person's ideal nutritional plan Vary's greatly!! From very complicated complex and difficult to easy, natural and simple.

Struggling terrible with my eating habits most of my life It was always complicated, complex and difficult. Until I cut out added sweetness and freeing myself of the roadblock! The gain of power & knowledge how food actually affects me. Never will be mentally removed from my 550 pounds. Which is always a constant reminder I am far from normal. Because with no rules in place its guaranteed back over 500. I have concluded my plan has to be forever complex and complicated for it to become easy & sustainable. The silver lining is those changes are life changing in terms of expected quality of life and life expectancy and the reward is very high. I'm actually very lucky in my mindset believing I am more capable of reaching higher end goals because of how low the lows go on the opposite end of the spectrum. My best plan for consistent, weight loss and maintenance is just crush it from a nutritional point of view. Which is exactly the plan.

I have been de-cluttering the freezer. Its been vegetable winter squash egg omelets every morning. Mixing frozen vegetables with leftover beef, bear, venision, pork and lamb roast the past several days. The roast are slow cooked usually around 12 hours at 190 degrees. Discovered I can make these meals less than 15 min preparation and cooking each. Crossed out a couple more numbers on my weight loss chart.
