It is reassuring to see the numbers continuing to just work. I've been tracking and staying in budget most days this month (not all, I won't lie), but most.
While I'm sad that I know the big losses at the higher ends of the scale won't last throughout, it's still nice to dream about...
Like, hey, if I could lose 10lbs a month, I could be back down to the 170s by New Year!
I will probably stick to the 180s, we'll see when I get there, which will likely not be this year. I've projected I should be at 215 by the end of the year, accounting for slightly smaller losses as I go along.
My oldest son did a load of dishes in the middle of the night (he's always in the kitchen to eat in the middle of the night, lol), so that was a nice surprise to wake up to, and not have to face that myself before I could think about starting my day.
So, I started out at Class III Obesity
I'm currently at Class II
I've got 27lbs to go to hit Class 1 Obesity
And 60lbs to hit Overweight (my final destination range)
I should hit Class I in Late July or early August, then Overweight by next April or May.
Progress, not Perfection
Habit, not Motivation
No need for being perfect, just do better than I did before
