April Review and Moving on to May’s

April I had A LOT of goals yet this is because I wanted to actually track goals. Typically I would make SMART goals and never check on them. What good is that right?!?! Here we go -review of my April goals -Take probiotics daily = 28/30 days -Take multivitamins daily =24/30 days -Lose 6-8 pounds -lost 3.9 pounds***not my goal BUT still a loss and after gaining for what seems FOREVER I am happy. -25,000 steps daily 30/30 Yahoo! -Walk 30-45 minutes daily =5/30 days ***the weather turned colder & wetter and I realized I am a fair weather girl lol -Bike 30-45 minutes daily =7/30 days ****this is my go to workout as I can do it rain or shine and I can read or such on stationary bike yet my tailbone has been sore for months so I tried to give it a break -Wt training 3x/wk =3/4 weeks **so close as the 4th week I did 2 days/wk -1 exercise video/wk =1/4 weeks -120 active minutes daily =26/30days -3-5 veggies/day =9/30 days ***i am impressed as I’m a picky veg eater -2-3 fruits/day =21/30 days -No pop =29/30 ugh!! So disappointed (April 19) I had previously actually gone over 2 yrs no pop then had approx 6 month of crashes then slowly working my way back. -hobby time 15 minutes daily =28/30 days **hopefully I can keep this up when I return to work. -Gratitude list at bedtime =30/30 days -Devotions at bedtime =30/30 -Get outside 15 minutes/day rain or shine! = 28/30 days **this makes me happy!! -Work on cleaning up diet (less processed and more organic) =28/30 days ***so impressed that I am doing better not hitting drive throughs -De clutter 15 minutes daily =13/30 days ***this is my bane of existence. Was always a organization freak but then got fed up with always nagging kids and hubby so I gave up -for years. I was exhausted. Totally gave up. If they didn’t care of mess when company over or even just every day or never worried about easily locating things then why should I. Now I’m paying the price as the clutter is so MUCH!!! MAY GOALS -Walk minimum 15 minutes daily -Bike minimum 15 minutes daily -Wt training 3x/wk -1 exercise video/wk -3-5 veggies/day -2-3 fruits/day -No pop -hobby time 15 minutes daily -Get outside 15 minutes/day rain or shine! -stay in calorie range (easier to monitor then eating healthier) -De clutter 15 minutes daily -increase fluid intake from 12 cups/day to 15-18 including an electrolyte drink and a cup milk daily. ( helps my gallbladder SO MUCH!! While I wait for surgery. Pandemic is delaying this.) I am taking out a weight loss goal as dealing with an autoimmune disease, gallbladder attacks and stones it messes with my head and stresses me out too much. I have also decreased some of my goals as I am trying to stop being an overachiever and learning listen to my body to help me with my autoimmune disease. Slow down before I get knocked down.

    For having such an extensive list, I think you did really really well. Last week I had a 'secret' (from myself--I think it's a psyc thing about failure, lol) goal that was WAY bigger than my regular, I hit it 6/7, so I'm pleased as punch.
