Just did weigh in of personal challenge to Mother's Day
Accomplished learning to fast 6pm to 8 or 9am = Intermittent Fast of 14-15 hours 6 day/wk
Lost two pounds 218 down to 216 ...saw 214.5 once!!!
Very consistent with liquids at 1/2 my body weight in oz
Daily encouraged others in small group and checked in every day
New goal is commitment to exercise for balance and mobility - Invested in trekking poles, have rebounder and stationary bike - now to plan and work the plan!!
