Down 1.6 lbs. this week. It was a rocky ride and I'm gateful that my body responded to my intention and effort.
I started the day with a lovely qigong class by Munira Jiwa in Alberta, Canada, from Spring Forest Qigong. I am very attracted to her approach and gentle style and I may start practicing with her daily at 8am Central Time.
I also look forward to my outdoors qigong class coming this Wednesday (it will be the third week of classes with my wonderful teacher in the park).

I have decided to go to (in-person) yoga class again, to see how it feels, both in terms of COVID caution, as well as my body's response right now.
I plan to be gentle with myself and see where my attention takes me.
