One of the lessons learned this last few days as I look at how I eat when I am out surprised me. I find it strange to say the least.

If I am out to eat with one person, I am much more likly to make bad choices. If I am with a crowd, I make better choices. I think it is for 2 or 3reasons.

If I am eating with just me and someone else, I tend to ignore the things that make me eat better. I also nibble as we talk. I don't do that in a crowd because I put things in front of other people and am not tempted to eat the bread or chips and dips. I do more mindless eating when it is just me and one person.

I will have to find ways to deal with this. I
