My new goal this fall will be to maintain the weight that I have tried so hard to get to. I am not sure how hard it will be. Somehow I think that in some ways maintaining will be even more difficlt than losing the weight but only time will tell. Hopefully I will reach my goal in the next 2-3 weeks. I am only 2 pounds away right now. So, I will have to start learning about how to maintain the weight, how much I need to eat and exercise etc. Anyway, I have made it this far so I am sure that with the help of Sparkpeople I will succeed.
