I am working it out. I think I have a plan. Because so much of my new job is physical labor, I am going to count that as cardio on the days I work 8 hours and do 15 minutes at home. I will continue the strenght training 3x a week and on the days I don't work, I will walk my 45 minutes. I think that will keep my weight and health on the up swing.

Now to take care of the debt. Here I go.

    Well, I have not worked it out. I am not sure what the heck is going on? I am tired and eating without making concious choices. The fact that I was making choices before so that even when I was over, it was with some consideration for the consequences.

    I am now doing see food eat food. I will not give this up. I am going to make it. I don't give a hoot what anyone including this stupid voice in my head keeps saying. I will do it. I am going to figure it out.

    I did not come this far to quit. I am worth it.

    I am going to bed.
