I am working it out. I think I have a plan. Because so much of my new job is physical labor, I am going to count that as cardio on the days I work 8 hours and do 15 minutes at home. I will continue the strenght training 3x a week and on the days I don't work, I will walk my 45 minutes. I think that will keep my weight and health on the up swing.
Now to take care of the debt. Here I go.
