Let's Go Swimming....

Holy crap.

I drank 11 cups of water today. ELEVEN!!!

I did have a Mt. Dew (I don't drink coffee, so it's my caffeine boost), but I still had 11 cups of water. Plain water- not flavored.

GO ME!!!

I also only had 968 calories today. Not so good me. I know I need to eat more. I told my husband I only had 968 calories and he said, "Go have a cookie." I don't know- maybe I will. They're Hershey's Chocolate World cookies, for heaven's sake! They are YUMMY!!!

At any rate, I still haven't added exercise in, but you know what? I'm okay with that. I'll be on a business trip all next week, and I certainly wouldn't be exercising then (trust me on this).

I also won't be able to check in with SP. This has me VERY upset, but I'm a poor unfortunate soul without a laptop.

(pausing to throw confetti for my pity party)

I will write down everything I eat, though, and plug it in when I come home. I really, really, really hope to not GAIN weight while I'm away.

Will you, as my friends, keep me inspired while I'm gone? I won't log in until next Friday morning, and who knows how I'll be feeling? I'm hoping "gluttinous" is not one of my emotions.

    Great job on your water for the day!
    I think that since you will be writing down EVERYTHING that you eat while you are away (no cheating!) that you will still be aware of what you are eating, and can still make good choices, that you will be fine while you are away.
    I know that when I'm not at home though, I have trouble drinking enough water.
    In any case - have fun on your trip, and let us know when you get back.
