Shucks Man! Am a loser

Monday, December 03, 2007

Well - i have been off for a long time - had no control over my diet and done no exercise and am sure i have gained tonnes of weight. Will check when i have access to a weighing scale. I feel bloated and am convinced my tummy looks at least 5 months pregnant. Also none of my clothes look good - i cant wear my sleeveless tops i look like a lump

Anyway now have decided to start over tommorow- right from fast break one and reduce my goals.

Loose 8 kilos by my birthday (which is incidently valentines day) - so that gives me 9 weeks hmmmm

1) Walk every weekday - even it is for half an hour. Saturday & Sunday are gym days and NO LIFT for me - i live on the second floor after all !!!
2) 3 Bottles of water and green tea in the morning and afternoon to re-enter my life (lol)
3) Fruits - aiming for more than 1 is way too ambitious. Same goes for veges

Wish me luck - i really dont want to be re-writing this blog in 3 weeks!!!

Hi Natie, I'm new to this program ,but I know how you feel. It's never to late to make the right choice. On that note, I am hopeing that this will work for me. I am 44 and have three kids, I I take thyroid meds, I also had a hysterectomy three months ago. I put on a good ten pounds. I hope this works for me moogymoon

    Hi Natie,
I know this feeling very well. When I am off the gym schedule, I also tend to gain weight mainly due to no diet control.
But this feeling would go as soon as you get back on track.
Believe in 'falling off is ok as long as you have the courage to get back up'. This moto keeps me going.
Your goals seem all acheivable. Keep going.

    All the best.
