Shucks Man! Am a loser

Well - i have been off for a long time - had no control over my diet and done no exercise and am sure i have gained tonnes of weight. Will check when i have access to a weighing scale. I feel bloated and am convinced my tummy looks at least 5 months pregnant. Also none of my clothes look good - i cant wear my sleeveless tops i look like a lump
Anyway now have decided to start over tommorow- right from fast break one and reduce my goals.
Loose 8 kilos by my birthday (which is incidently valentines day) - so that gives me 9 weeks hmmmm
1) Walk every weekday - even it is for half an hour. Saturday & Sunday are gym days and NO LIFT for me - i live on the second floor after all !!!
2) 3 Bottles of water and green tea in the morning and afternoon to re-enter my life (lol)
3) Fruits - aiming for more than 1 is way too ambitious. Same goes for veges
Wish me luck - i really dont want to be re-writing this blog in 3 weeks!!!
