Well, it looks like my car was found! And I think it was found intact. All those people who told me that LOJAC was a bad investment were soooo wrong.
So I should have the car back soon so crisis averted. That's some nice news. Onto weight and dieting...I definitely am not doing the 1200 calorie a day thing anymore. Here are my calories over the last several days:
1,363, 1,599, 1,844 ,1,165 ,1,488, 1,363
So I am mostly in range, but nothing great. I'd still like to get a little below 120 but I'm not really trying very hard to. I mean I am working out a lot and now I've really upped the strength training too, but I've also upped the calories by a lot. Another big thing is I've started drinking more and I think that's because...I've started dating! Yes, already I am dating and boy is it easier to date with a hot little body like the one I've got.
So here is my new plan:
Stay under 1500 calories a day and cycle, so some days I am around 1200 - 1300 and other days I am higher. If I eat above 1500 calories make sure I've worked out for at least an hour that day. Continue to work out daily and challenge myself and go to the trainer at least once a week, and strength train at least twice a week. My hope is that I can still get down to below 120 (today the scale said 122, though earlier this week it said 121) and then I will maintain.
