One day left

One day of conference left.
I am pretty sure I've gained weight, which scares the hell out of me. Whatever I weigh Saturday morning I'll log, even if it is 130...
Here is what I've done well:
Worked out twice daily, at least 60 min a day
Drank lots of wter
Eaten less than 2000 calories a day and eaten mostly healthy, fish, fruits etc...
Here's what I've done poorly so far:
Ate too much, over 1500 calories most day, and too many bite of things like dessert, not a whole dessert, but surely bites - ate way too much dried fruit and avocado, and stuff like that
DRANK TOO MUCH - averaging 2 drinks a night. Last nite maybe 3.5.
Slept WAAAAY too little
