One day left

One day of conference left.
I am pretty sure I've gained weight, which scares the hell out of me. Whatever I weigh Saturday morning I'll log, even if it is 130...

Here is what I've done well:

Worked out twice daily, at least 60 min a day
Drank lots of wter
Eaten less than 2000 calories a day and eaten mostly healthy, fish, fruits etc...

Here's what I've done poorly so far:

Ate too much, over 1500 calories most day, and too many bite of things like dessert, not a whole dessert, but surely bites - ate way too much dried fruit and avocado, and stuff like that
DRANK TOO MUCH - averaging 2 drinks a night. Last nite maybe 3.5.
Slept WAAAAY too little

    That's great that you managed to fit in exercise TWICE a day!And keeping up the water probably helped balance out the alcohol. ; )

    Good job making the most of a tough situation. The great thing is that you can bounce back from any gain (if there is gain) - you know how to do it, and it would only be a minor bump in your progress.

    Hang in there. I'm glad you wrote down things you did well for yourself, too. Kudos for working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water.
