As I said - it doesn't take much!

So there I was, thinking yesterday was a GREAT day - I worked out (even though it wasn't a workout day), I was careful about what I ate, and drank even more water than usual.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm UP a pound. Argh. Oh well. Maybe it's water weight, maybe it's muscle. And maybe, just maybe, that Chinese restaurant put more fat in the meal than I suspected. :) Hmm - quite likely, since it was very flavourful. Okay, next time, if I'm eating out, maybe I can skip the rice and at least save a few carb calories. Or I could be smart and skip the fatty entree and opt for steamed veggies instead. :)

Okay, back to the drawing board - I've got all weekend - except I'm at a seminar starting today until Sunday evening. I'm taking along my own lunch, though, so it's not going to be totally a fall-off-the-wagon weekend.

Munch, munch, munching my way down to a healthy weight! :)
