Yay! I was very worried that after eating out at lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I'd have gained a few pounds - I did NOT choose the healthiest options.
Yesterday, I made sure to eat within my recommended calorie range.
This morning, I still weigh 210 - which is higher than my starting weight of 208, but at least it's not higher than I'd got to last week! Okay, a few days of focused eating and continuing to work out will definitely show a pound or two lost.
Onwards to smaller and better things. :)
