Yay! Finally some movement on the scale!

Yesterday, for the second day in a row, I stayed within my calorie allocation, and exercised hard, as usual - I was frustrated at being a couple of pounds ABOVE my starting weight of 208 pounds.
Today, when I got to the gym and weighed myself, I had to step off (it's a manual scale) and back again, just in case there was some mistake. Nope, no mistake.
I'm finally at 206 pounds! Yay! And I dranks over 10 glasses of water yesterday, so it's definitely not just disappearing water weight.
Phew! I was beginning to think I'd never start moving in the right direction again - this has been a good reminder to me that a couple of days of getting off track can have large consequences.
Hopefully I'll continue in the right direction, even when I do wind up eating out - this experience may have taught me to actually evaluate my options rather than just ordering my "normal" meals. :)
