Day 4 & February goals

I did my 2 mile run today. It's getting easier. My time isn't the greatest but i'm not going to worry about that just yet, right now i'm just concerned about getting through to the 5 miles. So what if i'm the slow turtle at the end :)

February goals:

3500 crunches
40 miles running
lose a minimum of 2 lbs per week
Review ALL of my forms at least 1 day a week

    Way to go!! Thats right.. time isn't important.. its being able to get it done! You are well on your way.. keep up the great work. Its a journey of 10000 steps.. one step at a time!!!
