    I started a new program on May 24, 2021 and have lost 24 pounds as of today. My blood sugar levels have come down from almost 400 to under 200 now. My AlC is down to 8.7 from 11. I have a lot more energy and feel a lot better now. I am so happy to start losing weight again.... Read more
