White pita bread (8 grams fiber, total) with Hellman's canola mayonnaise, 7 or 8 mixed olives (Kalamata plus some others), shredded cabbage from package, washed and shredded for coleslaw - but I toss it with salt and pepper and olive oil. It stays light and crunchy (not much olive oil). Just a splash of vinegar when I mix the salad....you can't taste it in the final salad.
That's my 'breakfast sandwich.'

shared some scrambled eggs (2 whole, 3 whites total, i ate a bit less than half) with mushrooms. then filled my travel mug with 1% milk, light hershey syrup and a few frozen coffee cubes that melted into the it as my morning went on. MMM

I eat my Bran breakfast almost every day I just love it. I tweak it often but it sure works for me. . I use small amounts and it makes a big bowl. I cook it in the microwave to it is fast. 1/4 cup Oat bran 1 Tablespoon milled O/F Oatmeal 1/2 Banana for sweetness and I add cottage cheese or yogurt to make it creamy.
I prefer cottage cheese I eat more protein that way. Keeps me satisfied all morning and helps me stabilise my Blood sugar in the morning by eating it again in the evening. Pat in Maine.
