My baked custard this morning was carrot / apple with cranberries, blueberries, and a mix of nuts and seeds --- along with the required dark roast, of course

Yup - indulged in my usual breakfast of baked custard loaded with nuts and berries (pumpkin with cranberries and blueberries version today), topped with whipped yogurt / cream cheese and accompanied by a couple of cups of dark roast.

Yup - thoroughly enjoyed my usual breakfast of baked custard loaded with nuts and berries (chocolate version today), topped with whipped yogurt / cream cheese and accompanied by a couple of cups of dark roast. Nothing like starting the day with a nutrient-rich "indulgence"!

Indeed! Breakfast is the most crucial meal of all when it comes to weight loss, never skip breakfast if you're craving a healthier lifestyle.
