I eat healthily, I am reasonably active, but I do have a sweet tooth, and when I do lose focus, it's not for a tiny bite of chocolate and that's it. I completely lose it.

I need community support, and that's why I joined Spark. I know what I need to do, but I need help in the motivational department to get to my goal!

I am a stay-at-home mom with two energetic kids (ages 3 and 1). I don't like to cook per se, and half an hour is about all the time I have to get dinner on the table. But my kids are not picky eaters and we all like nearly every fruit and vegetable.

I am excited to get started and finally shed these last 15 pounds!
